Christmas Fire…

4 Dec

Hello perfect people (parfait actually means perfect in french),  its december yaaay and christmas is upon us. When I think of christmas, the colours red, gold and green come to my mind. (People that know me would think I’d start blabbing about food at this point lol) So today i was thinking, if i were to go for a christmas party this season, what makeup look would a rock and viola, this look came to my mind.

As usual, this is a picture tutorial and all products used will be listed below, leave any qusstions in the comment box and I will answer as soon as I can. Have fun re-creating this look.

pic tutorial

1. Start with clean primed eyelids, then highlight the brow bone.

2. Apply a midtone brown in the crease blending slightly above the crease.

3. Apply a dark brown shadow to the crease.

4. Apply a shimmery red shadow to the outer and inner corner of the eye….a less intense shadow will be applied to the middle of the lid.

5. Apply a black matte eyeshadow to the outer v taking it slightly into the crease

6. Blend the black into the dark brown to diffuse any harsh lines.

7. Apply the dark brown eyeshadow to the lower lashline

8. Apply a black khol pencil to the water line and a liquid eyeliner to the upper lash line.

9. Apply appropriate glitter adhesive to the center of the lid, followed by the appropriate sized glitter for eyes (not all glitter are designed for the eye area)
